Purpose: The North American Adult Synchronized Skating Camp (NAASSC) is committed to fostering an environment that is welcoming, respectful, and inclusive for all participants, coaches, staff, and volunteers. This Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy is designed to create a safe and positive space free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, and retaliation for everyone involved in our camp activities.

Scope: This policy applies to all individuals participating in or affiliated with the North American Adult Synchronized Skating Camp, including but not limited to athletes, coaches, staff members, volunteers, and visitors, both on and off the ice.

1. Discrimination: Treating individuals unfairly or unfavorably based on their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

4. No Retaliation: Retaliation against anyone who reports harassment, discrimination, or bullying, or participates in an investigation, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disciplinary action.
